See MeScream at me, and beat me. You chase me away from your shallow ground, And see how far I will fall.See Me
The platform you once were, Pulled out from under me, The noose already tied.
My tears running down your face, The resistance I once had, Drowning inside them.
But you don’t stop those lies. You just keep reassuring me, And drown me before my puddle forms.
The friend you once were; Scattered shards of ice, And I’m barefoot.
But before you leave, Throw your past away. For tomorrow is a new beginning.

Why Do You CryYou came in; you threw yourself at me. For what seemed like no reason, You screamed; as i crept backwards, To the corner of my room; alone. Why Do You Cry

Do I have to stand up?
Wild eyed in the spotlight
What a nightmare, why
Don’t I turn and run
There must be some mistake
I didn’t mean to let them
Take away my soul
Am I too old is it too late?
